Khagan Kugo studied the shakuhachi with Daniel Lifermann in the French association “La Voie du Bambou” and with Fukuda Teruhisa.
In July 2016, he was awarded from Fukuda Teruhisa with the Jun-Shihan license and the name of SeiSon.
In April 2019, he received the Shihan license.
